ABOUT
Minza is a Leipzig-based jewellery artist rooted in fine arts | painting.
Her work explores the space where poetic thinking meets technical structure. Narratives emerge from science, philosophy, and nature—subjects that reflect complexity rather than offering simple answers. These themes are not approached illustratively, but systematically researched, analyzed, and translated into form.
Since 2025, Minza has been working closely with Leipzig-based media artist Etienne Dietzel. Together, collections are developed through code-based processes, where algorithms function as conceptual tools rather than decorative elements. This approach allows abstract ideas to be reduced, structured, and refined into precise three-dimensional objects. Jewellery becomes a medium for this investigation.
Digital design processes form the starting point. From a 3D program, shapes emerge that are 3D-printed and cast in silver. What follows is a slow, physical process: each piece is hand-finished, polished, and refined until its final surface is achieved.
MINZA jewellery is defined by contrast—between the poetic and the technical, intuition and precision, the digital and the handmade. The resulting pieces are designed to be worn, yet invite closer consideration: objects that carry narrative, material presence, and a reflection of their time.
