Orders are shipped from Leipzig, Germany via DHL or DPD and are currently available within the European Union only.
No additional taxes or customs duties apply.

All shipments are insured during transportation until delivery.
While we take great care in preparing and dispatching each order, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or theft caused by circumstances related to the courier service.

Production begins once an order has been confirmed.
Please allow 3–6 weeks for production before shipment.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
