Where is MINZA jewellery made?
MINZA jewellery is designed using 3D programs and algorithmic processes.
Each piece is then cast by a family-run company in Germany and carefully hand-finished and polished by us in our studio.
Are MINZA products sustainably made?
Yes. Sustainability is a core value of MINZA.
All pieces are made using recycled silver or gold, fair-trade gemstones, and environmentally responsible packaging.
What materials are used?
MINZA jewellery is crafted from recycled 925 sterling silver.
Gold-plated pieces feature a 3 or 5 micron layer of 14ct gold plating for enhanced durability.
How long does production take?
Please allow 3–6 weeks for production after your order has been confirmed.
MINZA follows a slow fashion approach and deliberately avoids mass production.
This process ensures sustainability while making each piece unique and considered.
FAQs Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the European Union only.
All orders are shipped from Leipzig, Germany via DHL or DPD.
Are there additional taxes or customs duties?
No. Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional taxes or customs duties.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
FAQs Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made pieces are excluded from returns.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All pieces come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If damage occurs within this period due to a material or production-related issue — and not due to improper handling or external force — the piece will be repaired free of charge.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Silver is a natural material and may oxidize over time.
We recommend storing your jewellery in the packaging provided and avoiding contact with liquids, lotions, or chemical products.

Will gold-plated jewellery wear over time?
Yes. Gold-plated surfaces may naturally wear with regular use.
This is a normal material characteristic and part of the ageing process of plated jewellery.
Do you offer polishing or re-plating services?
Yes. We offer professional polishing and re-plating services exclusively for MINZA jewellery.
