Silver is a natural material and may oxidize over time. Store your jewellery in the packaging provided to help prevent tarnishing and use the polishing cloth when needed. Avoid contact with liquids, lotions, or chemical products, and keep your piece away from excessive heat or prolonged sunlight.

All gold-plated MINZA jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver with a 3 or 5 micron layer of 14ct gold. With regular wear, the gold-plated surface may naturally wear over time. Gentle hand polishing with a clean cloth is recommended, or professional ultrasonic cleaning by a local jeweller.

A one-year warranty applies from the date of purchase.

Should any damage occur within this period that is not caused by improper handling or external force, the piece will be repaired free of charge.
